In this session with acting coach and director Efe Uzuner, we explored the transformation of the business world in the age of AI, career development, entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, and the impact of AI agents on corporate careers.
Bringing together perspectives from different disciplines, the discussion also examined how artificial intelligence is reshaping acting, leadership, and white-collar roles.

Efe Uzuner
He was born on April 21, 1993. He completed his primary and secondary education in Babaeski, a small town with no theater or cinema culture. His interest in theater began when he watched a traveling theater performance that came to the town when he was 10 years old.
While studying Cinema at Beykent University, he also began to pursue acting. After performing on stage for the first time at Müjdat Gezen Art Center, he decided to pursue this profession definitively.
Craft Oyunculuk Atölyesinde eğitim alırken aynı zamanda Bahar Kerimoğlu ve Deniz Erdem’in atölye çalışmalarına katıldı. Oyunculuk eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra Craft’ın Shakespeare Müzesi projesinde yer aldı.
Later, he worked on acting instruction with prominent figures such as Çağ Çalışkur, İbrahim Çiçek, Tuğçe Tanış, and Ali Barışık. Subsequently, he taught Meisner technique at the Craft Acting Workshop for two years. Currently, he teaches Eric Morris classes at the Craft Acting Workshop.
He founded Tiyatro Kontra with friends to bring his projects to life and began working as a producer. With their first production under this banner, *Ada Kasabası*, the group won the "Promising Theatre Company" award at the 26th Direklerarası Awards. Subsequently, he directed the play *Dünyanın En Güçsüz Babası*. Currently, he works as an acting coach on various projects.
